HOW TO: Find total data volume in EV

In order to find the volume of data in Enterprise Vault, please see the below instructions. 

EV Usage Report:

Please login to the EV server with the EV service account

Record a screenshot of the summary page for each Enterprise Vault environment (Site)

This is typically at the URL:

http://vaultserver.company.com/EnterpriseVault/usage.asp. 

Replace <vaultserver.company.com> with the DNS name of your EV server
