After installation of migration agent some registry keys are set that hold the configuration information:
Installer uses Local_Machine:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\cloudficient\PSTComplete
Following keys are set:

BridgeheadConnectionUrls
ApiKey
