ISSUE: Mail Archive Migration step failure 'An Autodiscover request couldn't be made for a misconfigured Office 365 mailbox'

Overview

The error below may occur during the Mail Archive Migration step. 

An internal server error occurred. The operation failed., An Autodiscover request couldn't be made for a misconfigured Office 365 mailbox.

This can occur when EVComplete is configured to only migrate EV data to an online archive mailbox that has been created by the customer. In this case, the backend database requires a specific column update that has not been performed. 

Solution

Cloudficient support needs to update the IsO365Archive column to a value of 1.
