ISSUE: Mail Archive Migration error ''Unspecified error (0x80004005)'

Overview

When reviewing the Archive Process page, migrations will show as Failed.  When reviewing the 'Failed Archive Items' page, the error below is shown:

Upon reviewing the EV backend logs, the error can be found as seen below:

||Could not extract item TID: [600bc020-b2c2-538e-f7cc-8c007cc93db1] | AID: [1BA9C33958D6A83408B26B6347203E0F51110000evserver1] | Host: [evserver1.mydomain.com]. EV Api Error
EXCEPTION: System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80040306): An internal failure occurred. Internal Error: 'Unspecified error (0x80004005)'.

This is due to a problem with extracting these messages out of Enterprise Vault.  Further investigation is required on the customer's end to determine the root cause.  Generally, there will be an error in the EV event logs containing the TransactionID that will help diagnose this. In the error above, the TID is the TransactionID.  

Solution

Once the customer has been made aware of these errors, Cloudficient will need to skip this step in order for the migration process to complete.
