ISSUE: PST not found, but directory exists

Overview

During migration of PST file we can encounter following error:

PST File \\?\UNC\MXNOG1ICSFS01\Groups\PUBLIC\User\Info2015\Mail\archive.pst 
not found, but directory exists. 
This is an indicator that the PST File was moved or deleted.

Cause

The reason for this error is that pst files was most likely moved to different path or deleted by user before PST complete migrated the file.

Solution

The error itself is show to inform that we agent can not locate pst file on that path.

Therefore you can change the pst status to "Do not migrate"
