ISSUE: Delete shortcuts results with "This connection to Store is dead" error

Overview

Delete shortcut step may fail with following error:

An internal server error occurred. Try again later., This connection to Store is dead [ProcessResult]

Cause

The exchange server is simply not functioning correctly at the time you sent your request. As the name and description suggests, it's not a permanent error and can be retry.

Solution

Select affected users and restart the failed step.
