ISSUE: PST has ReadOnly flag

Overview

A PST file is reporting the following error:

PST File \\?\C:\Users\username\Documents\BSB\OTHERS\Outlook.pst has ReadOnly flag.

Cause

The agent is unable to make the necessary changes to the file when the read only attribute is set on the file. 

Solution

The user will need to remove  Read-Only attribute from the PST file so migration agent can continue the process.
