ISSUE: AD sync not finished

Overview
When you using Create Hybrid Archive Mailbox step in your workflow you may get and failure with the error:
"ADSync not finished [ProcessResult]"
This mean that AD synchronization task on hybrid environment has not run yet which results in error for EVcomplete check.
Solution
1. Wait 15 - 30 minutes after error occur
2. Navigate to Onboarding Progress page
3. Select user with that failure message
4. Restart current step
