INFO: Are my modules up to date and active?

Overview

The EVComplete platform has multiple modules which are assigned to specific tasks. These modules are needed to discover and process data in various ways.

When troubleshooting, it may be necessary to check if your installed modules are up to date and running on the latest version.

From the UI, browse to On Prem and select Modules

This section will show all module information as it relates to your environment. Here is a sample:

Module Name: Name of module on the server

Module Computer: FQDN of server where module is installed

Private IP Address: IP address of server where module is installed

Module Version: Version of module currently installed

Enabled: Is the module installed and enabled for tasks? Yes/No

Is Latest Version: Is the module on the latest release of the software? Yes/No

Latest Version: Shows version info of the most recent release

Module Type: Describes the role of the module. The number of modules installed will vary per environment.

Last Seen UTC: Date/Time the module last checked in. A stale date could indicate an unresponsive module.
