ISSUE: Resource does not exist or one of its queried reference-property objects are not present.

Overview

During "Assign License with Graph" or "Remove License with Graph" we can encounter following error.

Request_ResourceNotFound: Resource 'Leaver_Tillmann.Rubben@heuking.de' does not exist or one of its queried reference-property objects are not present. [ProcessResult]

Cause

After EVComplete created leaver user account, it has been renamed by customer.

Solution 1

1. Resync the Exchange environment via EVComplete. (This action may update the name change done by customer.)

2. Restart the failed step in UI.

Solution 2

1. Customer need to update the name back to previous one

2. Restart the failed step in UI
