PST owner matching

These are the rules currently in place to automatically assign an owner (any of these matches will assign the owner, and they are evaluated in this order:

1) If UsernameInPath matches FirstDiscoveryOwner.
2) If HomeDriveUser matches FirstDiscoveryOwner.
3) If mostCommonRecipient matches NTFS Owner and there is no mostCommonSender.
4) If mostCommonSender matches NTFS Owner and there is no mostCommonRecipient.
5) If mostCommonSender, mostCommonRecipient, and NTFS Owner all match.
