ISSUE: Remove Permissions from Archive (zap) fails on the first try with the error

Overview

When utilizing the Remove Permissions from Archive (zap) step in a workflow, it may fail and display the error below. 

Transaction (Process ID 395) was deadlocked on lock | communication buffer resources with another process and has been chosen as the deadlock victim. Rerun the transaction. [ProcessResult]

Cause

This is an environmental issue with the EV SQL server where a deadlock has occurred.  

Solution

Simply restarting the step at some point will allow the process to move along.  It may take a few tries until the deadlock heals itself.
