ISSUE: Cannot delete message because the destination folder is out of quota

Overview

During "Delete Shortcut" step, shortcuts may fail with following error:

Cause

Mailbox storage for recoverable Items Folder is full and cannot accept any more items.

Solution

Disable retention policy set for recoverable item folder and free this space.
