ISSUE: SetLitigationHold step fail as leaver user couldn't be found

Overview
During process of leavers migration user need to be assigned with the license in order to set Litigation hold. Sometimes it can happen that license is not activated before EV complete trying to set litigation hold and you may get following error:
"SetLitigationHold Phase 1: An error occurred during Exchange Online Powershell | The running command stopped because the preference variable "ErrorActionPreference" or common parameter is set to Stop: The operation couldn't be performed because object 'LEAVER_DesireeD.Nelson@standardbank.onmicrosoft.com' couldn't be found on 'AM0PR08A01DC005.EURPR08A001.prod.outlook.com'. [ProcessResult]"
Solution
As the error is due to timing execution of the steps all you need to do is:
- Go back to Onboarding Progress
- Locate users with that error
- Restart the failed step
