INFO: 'User has 0 shortucts after shortcut scan'

Overview
During the Shortcut Scan workflow step, the following message shows and nothing is occurring.
'User has 0 shortcuts after shortcut scan. Please skip step if this is OK'
Solution
This is expected behavior and requires user intervention in order for the steps to proceed.
The best course of action to resolve this is to 'Restart' the step so it can scan again just to confirm there are no shortcuts. If no shortcuts are found again, it is best to confirm with the customer before 'Skipping' the step.
