ISSUE: "File Not found" error on ingestion to O365

Overview

During Ingestion of items to O365 mailbox EVComplete Exchange module may log following error:

This error refers to item that cannot be found on the "Staging Cache" folder after it has been exported from Enterprise Vault.

Solution

This is most likely cause by Antivirus that is scanning/holding item when EVComplete Exchange module tried to migrate it into O365.

Disable antivirus or exclude antivirus from scanning relevant folder/processes used by EV complete during migration.
