HOW TO: Configure EVComplete Enterprise vault environment with specific port

Overview

Some customer may use not standard port for Enterprise Vault to SQL server connection. If the port is not specified Complete will try to use default 1443 connection port to EV SQL server.

Solution

1. Navigate to: Environments > Enterprise Vault > EV Directories

2. Select Action > Edit on the existing EV Directory.

NOTE: If EV directory don't exist you need to use "Create New EV Directory" button)

3. Under "Environment SQL Server Name", add specific port number behind EV SQL name ,separated by comma ","

4. Save the configuration change

5. Restart the EVComplete EV module.
