ISSUE: Outlook Data File LowLevelError: 362 (0x0000016a)

Overview

During accessing and migration of PST file we can experience IMsgServiceAdmin error with the below LowLevelError code: 362 (0x0000016a)

cloudficient.Common.Mail.MAPI.PST.Exceptions.PstException: Version: 0 Component: Outlook Data 
File LowLevelError: 362 (0x0000016a) Context: 268829188 Message: Error in 
IMsgServiceAdmin::ConfigureMsgService: MAPI_E_DISK_ERROR Error: The file 
\\?\C:\Users\123456789\OneDrive - Company\Outlook Files\FileName.pst cannot be accessed.

Cause

Error code 0x0000016a means that the cloud file provider is not running. This error will appear when the PST has been synced to OneDrive and syncing is not working or has been turned off.

Solution

Resetting OneDrive should resolve this and allow the migration to continue.
