ISSUE: Mail Migration steps fails with error 'No folder path was returned for folder id'

Overview

During the mail archive migration step, the process will end up in a failed state with the error below:

No folder path was returned for folder id 1767CD65D9AE0664D8030475E09DCC25A1110000Archive (Path: Legacy-EV-No-Folder) - Something is wrong.

Cause

This occurs when there are EV items found in a non-standard folder; most likely the root of Top of Information Store.  

Solution

In this case, the data will be migrated to a folder named Legacy-EV-No-Folder.  To allow the process to move forward, the step needs to be Skipped.
