ISSUE: The system cannot find the file specified

Overview

During process of extracting data from EV some items may fail on following error:

"An internal failure occurred. Internal Error: 'The system cannot find the file specified. (0x80070002)'."

Resolution

That error means that even though EV Complete has collected information about item from Enterprise Vault database, actual file no longer exist on the partition and therefore we cannot obtain it.

Only option in this case is to acknowledge it and skip the step in Onboarding Progress page.
